  • Forensically criticising a main contractor’s claim in an adjudication such that it was reduced from millions of pounds to less than twenty thousand.
  • Working closely with a client sub-contractor’s quantity surveyor to make sure that an account was fully evidenced and supported before proceeding to an adjudication where the sub-contract recovered more than its original expectation.
  • Working closely with a client Main Contractor to settle its account with sub-contractors and avoid formal dispute procedures.
  • Reviewing Main Contractor’s files and records and advising on the contractual route and requirements for an extension of time under an infrastructure contract.
